The warranty starts on the date of purchase and expires after 2 years from this date. We offer a warranty for 2 years along with highly valued technical support and after-sales services. If there is an issue or fault, we will investigate materials or workmanship free of charge within the warranty period, and replace the device if the device is faulty and cannot be repaired at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use or self-damage, normal wear or use as well as defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance. The warranty becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorised persons.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
