Refunds & Returns Policy
At LaboTest, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 40-day Money Back Guarantee on items purchased directly from our website.
This means you can return your device for a full refund within 40 days from the date of purchase, provided the device has not been opened or used. Returns without reason are accepted during this grace period.
All returned items must be undamaged to qualify for credit. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the package has been opened or the device used.
Non-Returnable Items

- Goggles for FAUSTINA® IPL devices
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Returns made more than 40 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, refunds may take time to post.
- Contact your bank for processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@labotest.co.uk and we will provide the return shipping address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
If the gift was not marked as such at purchase, or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping Returns
Returned packages should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method to the address provided when you request your return. Please note that customs fees, shipping and handling costs, gift box costs, and other charges are non-refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
