SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

LaboTest welcomes orders from customers outside the United Kingdom. At checkout, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination country and package weight. We understand that electrical plugs vary across different countries, and to ensure your device functions correctly, we will provide the appropriate plug adaptor for your country.

Our team takes great care to pack your device securely and safely, using high-quality materials to protect it during transport. You can rest assured that your item will arrive in excellent condition, ready for use.

UPS Express Saver

LaboTest understands the importance of timely delivery for our customers, which is why we use UPS Express Saver to ensure your item arrives at its destination on time. Our shipping service includes in-house customs clearance and up to three delivery attempts.

Delivery times vary depending on the location. Your item can be expected to arrive by the end of the second business day if being shipped to the United States and Canada, while most of Europe can enjoy next-business-day delivery. For most countries worldwide, delivery takes two to four business days by the end of the day. Day-definite delivery is also available to other countries, depending on the destination, and will be delivered by the end of the business day.

Make a payment

We offer a variety of easy, safe, and secure online payment methods to ensure a hassle-free checkout experience. We accept payments made by credit cards, and have stringent security measures in place to ensure the safety of your transactions.

Depending on your device type, location, and purchase history, you will see the most relevant payment methods available to you during checkout. For added convenience, PayPal will display the conversion rate at the time of your transaction. Additionally, if the charge currency differs from your settlement currency, Stripe will automatically convert the charge to your preferred currency.

Please note that if the charge currency differs from your credit card currency, your credit card company may charge a foreign exchange fee.

AFTER YOU ORDER

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch it on the same or the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, our logistics department will send you an email with all the necessary details about your shipment, including the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

We want to let you know that there may be handling and custom fees that apply to packages shipped outside of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It’s important to note that any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes plans change, and if you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@labotest.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, we are happy to process a return for you once you receive it. Please keep in mind that return transportation charges may apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our top priority at LaboTest. If you purchased a device directly from our website, you have 40 days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund, as long as it has not been opened or used. ORDERS TO EU COUNTRIES

EU

With the UK leaving the EU single market, orders to EU countries now come under the new rules set by the EU for imports, and customs charges now may apply to EU orders.

Our default shipping to EU countries is via UPS Express Saver, which ensures speedy and efficient delivery of your order. UPS will most likely contact you about the payment of the customs charges, and these will normally have to be paid before or upon you receive your package.
