International Orders & Shipping

LaboTest welcomes orders from customers all around the world, not just within the United Kingdom. At checkout, shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your destination country and the weight of your package.

We understand that electrical plugs vary across different countries. To ensure your device functions perfectly upon arrival, we include the appropriate plug adaptor for your country at no extra cost.

Our team takes exceptional care in packing your device securely and safely. We use high-quality protective materials to safeguard your order during transport, so you can be confident it will arrive in excellent condition and ready for immediate use.

UPS Express Saver

LaboTest understands the importance of timely delivery, which is why we partner with UPS Express Saver to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule. Our premium shipping service includes in-house customs clearance and up to three delivery attempts for your convenience.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: By the end of the 2nd business day.
  • Most of Europe: Next-business-day delivery.
  • Worldwide: 2–4 business days, delivered by end of day.
  • Day-definite delivery: Available to select countries depending on destination.

Secure & Convenient Payment Options

We offer a variety of easy, safe, and secure online payment methods to ensure a smooth and hassle-free checkout experience. You can pay using major credit cards, with stringent security measures in place to protect your transactions.

Depending on your device type, location, and purchase history, the most relevant payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

  • PayPal: Displays the conversion rate at the time of your transaction.
  • Stripe: Automatically converts the charge to your preferred currency if it differs from the settlement currency.

Please note: If the charge currency is different from your credit card’s currency, your card provider may apply a foreign exchange fee.

After You Order

At LaboTest, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch it on the same or next working day.

When your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your purchase. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, our logistics department will send you another email with full shipment details — including your tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Please be aware that handling and customs fees may apply to packages shipped outside of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@labotest.co.uk.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are happy to process a return once you receive it. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority at LaboTest. If you purchased a device directly from our website, you have 40 days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund, provided the device has not been opened or used.

Orders to EU Countries

EU

With the UK leaving the EU single market, orders to EU countries are now subject to new EU import rules. As a result, customs charges may apply to your order.

Our default shipping method to EU countries is UPS Express Saver, which provides speedy and efficient delivery. UPS will typically contact you regarding payment of any customs charges, which usually must be paid before or upon receipt of your package.
