This promotion is open only to individuals who purchased a FAUSTINA IPL device between 01 August 2019 and 01 August 2021, and who can provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, confirmation email, or billing document showing name and delivery address).
The promotion period runs from 01 August 2025 to 15 August 2025, or until all 200 complimentary iLight IPL Hair Removal Devices have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
To participate, eligible individuals must complete the designated online form or contact our support team during the promotional period. Complimentary devices will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to verification of eligibility.
Each eligible participant may receive one complimentary iLight IPL device. The device is provided free of charge, but a fixed shipping and handling fee will apply. The device is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
Important: Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or any additional delivery fees are not included in the offer and must be covered by the recipient. These charges may vary depending on the destination and will typically be communicated by the courier (UPS Express) before delivery. LaboTest Ltd is not obliged to fulfil the claim if customs or import regulations in the recipient's country require unavailable documents, registrations, or impose restrictions.

Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions will not be accepted and may be disqualified without notice. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
